About us

Nour Computer System (نور كمبيوتر سيستم) is a retailer of computer accessories and electronics, operating in Cairo, Egypt, and delivering across Egypt.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of VAT.

We make every effort to display accurate prices, product details, and availability. Occasionally, errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse an order affected by them.

Orders

• Orders are placed through our website (nourcomputer.com) or in person at one of our shops.
• Your order is considered received once you have sent us your order details.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, due to a pricing error, an item being out of stock, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment

We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is made in cash when your order is delivered.

Delivery

• We deliver across Egypt through our courier partner.
• Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
• Delivery fees depend on your location and order, and are confirmed when you place your order.

Warranty

• Branded products carry the official manufacturer/distributor warranty.
• Other products carry a 14-day NCS warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of Nour Computer System and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
